I had a few large life challenges on top of each other and this challenged my energy. I chose not to support others while I was focusing on myself but now I'm back. As ever it was a learning experience and I have come out of it wiser and stronger. I spent the summer camping and climbing Munros (Scottish Mountains over 914m) in the sun and rain.
