I can see why people get writer's block - it is really scarey writing and wondering if anyone is going to read what you have written. And if anyone does read it what they will think of what you've written!
My upper back is so sore, when I touch the muscles they are so tender. Even more yoga, breathing and meditation this evening. And amygdala retraining whenever I think negatively about blogs, writing and being read!
